At Saxion Supplements, we strive to make your shopping experience simple, secure, and flexible. Below are the terms regarding cancellations and order changes.


🛒 One-Time Purchases

You may cancel a one-time order before it ships by contacting our customer support at hsaxion8@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may still be eligible for a return or refund per our Refund Policy.


🔁 Subscriptions

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hsaxion8@gmail.com.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled billing date.


❗️ Order Modifications

Need to update your shipping address or product choice?
Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to make changes.


📦 Cancellations Due to Stock or Processing Issues

In rare cases, we may cancel your order due to:

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Payment processing issues

  • Fraud risk alerts

If this happens, you will be notified and refunded in full.
