At Saxion Supplements, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

✅ Return Window

You may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

❌ No Returns After 30 Days

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any items more than 30 days after delivery.

📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hsaxion8@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• The product(s) you wish to return

• A brief reason for the return

We’ll provide instructions and a return address. Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

⚠️ Additional Notes

• Products must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition.

• We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
