Tropical Smoothie

1 Cup frozen Mangos

½ Cup Pineapple unsweetened 

2 Ripened Bananas

1 Cup Coconut Milk

2 -3 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

Combine all ingredients in blender, fill blender to top with water.
  Puree and serve.

Banana Berry Smoothie

                   2 Bananas

                  1 Cup frozen Strawberries

                  1 Cup Fresh Blueberries

                  2-3 Scoops Strawberry Protein Powder

                  1Cup Organic Milk

                   Combine all ingredients in blender,
   fill blender to top with water.
 
 
 Puree and serve.

2 Cups Frozen Strawberries

2 Bananas (optional)

1 Cup Organic Apple Juice
       

2-3 Scoops Strawberry Protein Powder

Combine all ingredients in blender, fill blender to top with water, puree and serve.

Orange Dream Smoothie
1 Small Can Frozen Concentrate Orange Juice

1 Banana Ripened

1 Cup Vanilla Yogurt    

3 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

Combine all ingredients in blender, fill blender to top with water.  Puree and Serve.

                          3 Tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder

                   2 Bananas Ripened

                   1 Cup Ice

                          2 Cups Organic Milk

 First put ice into blender, next Nut Butter,

 Protein Powder, bananas and then milk.
 

 Puree and Serve.

1 Cup Vanilla or Plain Yogurt

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

2 Cups Organic Apple Juice in blender, combine all ingredients, puree and serve.
