First Aid Kit Secrets You need to know about!

Think like a boy scout and "Always be prepared." You can do that by having prepared your own first aid kit in advance, and one that will work!

I'm going to show you a few inexpensive miraculous items you should have in your first aid kit that are all natural and not just things you've heard of before!

First, upset tummy, who hasn't had one? But, what do you do?

One of my favorite solutions for anything to do with the stomach is ginger. You can cook it, drink it hot as tea, or cold as ginger ale. Some people actually just cut a small piece off and chew it. Some people rub it on their skin and it's great for almost any tummy ailment including morning sickness and motion sickness!

Ginger helps to prevent Atherosclerosis, increases the contraction strength of the heart and improves energy production in the heart. Ginger improves the function of the digestive system as well as stimulates the flow of bile from the gallbladder. It's not just for adults either ar research shows it even alleviates colic. It's pretty simple; you can make a tea out of it! Ginger also cleanses the colon, aids in Crohn's and Colitis, diverticulosis and at the same time can prevent gastric ulcers, gastritis, flatulence, and indigestion. Studies show 1000mg of Ginger actually may prevent vomiting.

Ginger reduces fevers and inhibits inflammation.

Ginger increases the body's metabolism. Weight Loss!

Studies show it can also lower your cholesterol and triglycerides naturally. Ginger alleviates cramps. Ginger alleviates the pain and inflammation associated with Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Laboratory studies have shown that Activated Charcoal extends that life of animals by 40%.

Charcoal is said to alleviate most cases of diarrhea as well as gas and bloating!

Charcoal also counteracts many types of detrimental bacteria and fungi! And here's one that will get your attention...Charcoal suppresses the growth of Candida Albicans and absorbs the toxins produced by Candida Albicans!

How does it do all this??? Charcoal is not absorbed by the intestine. Instead it "rides" through the system binding with substances and wastes and passes out of the body. In fact, it is said to absorb 15,000 times its weight. Because of that absorption, you should take charcoal within 30 minutes of absorbing something toxic that you want out and then get medical help and remember if you are just taking it for therapeutic purposes, take at least 2 hours apart from any other medicine or supplements.

A single large dose of Activated Charcoal should be taken as soon as possible after ingesting a poison (toxin). The exact dosage of Charcoal used should be approximately eight to ten times the amount of toxin that was ingested.
