The Brain

Does anyone have...

Chicken skin
The occasional blue feeling
Dry skin
Unruly hair
Dandruff
Increased thirst
Less clear skin than you would like
Frequent Urination
Cracked painful feet
Memory problems
sleep problems

Today I'm going to address those I will now refer to as the walking wounded! Their symptoms range from moodiness, brain fog, sleep disorders, and the occasional blue feeling to chronic pain and stress! Those with ADD and ADHD fall into this same category. These are the men, women and children with a cluster of symptoms caused by factors that conventional examinations can't seem to pinpoint. They often bounce from one doctor to another hoping someone can identify the source of their pains and symptoms.

Many of these "walking wounded" have tried anti-depressants because a neuro-chemical imbalance has been suspected, or used a prescription pain reliever to get them over a chronic episode. However, symptoms or fears make the relapse rate very high in these folks.

What are we talking about today? ~~~~~ THE BRAIN~~~~~

The link may be neurotransmitter deficiencies! Essential Fatty Acid deficiency, stress, lack of rest and much more

What causes these deficiencies is one or an accumulation of factors such as genetics, poor diet, drug or alcohol abuse, toxic exposure, prescription drugs, stress and more.

The mind can be a terrible thing!!!

Or it can be your best friend!

Ya can't live without it!

So What's Giving Us Brain Fog?

Meals that contain a high percentage of dietary Fats cause temporary impairment of Concentration.

Poor Concentration ability is a symptom of increasing levels of accumulated Lead within the body.

Exposure to Mercury can cause impairment of Concentration. Look at your teeth!

Poor Concentration can occur as a result of Adrenal Insufficiency.

Insomnia can cause impairment in Concentration ability.
Get Sleep!

Poor Concentration can occur as a result of Iron deficiency.

Poor Concentration ability can occur as a result of Magnesium deficiency.

Poor Concentration can occur as a result of Phosphorus deficiency.

Poor Concentration ability can occur as a result of Sodium deficiency.
