Step 2 – is to do an herbal cleanse, preferably at the same time!

God uses herbs as our food and our medicine! There are many cleanses on the market…Go for one that will cleanse all the eliminative organs.

Step 3 – Coffee enemas ~Yikes

Yes, you heard me right, instead of drinking it; put it in the other end! This will cause the liver to dump excess bile and toxins.

The coffee enemas alone can make you feel like a million bucks.

Step 4 – Drink fresh raw juices. Get those nutrients in abundance by juicing them. It’s an instant buzz!

Step 5 – Drink water – I prefer distilled, I drink about a gallon a day and then supplement with mineral waters and clustered waters. You should be drinking one-half your body weight in ounces of water per day. Example: If you weigh 100 pounds, you should drink 50 ounces of water per day.

Step 6 – Move your body! The lymph moves when you move!
Start where you are, do something!

Step 7 - Therapeutic massage is the icing on the cake for cleansing…Moves the lymph and therefore moves those toxins right on out.

“Coffee enema – using a standard enema bag, the coffee is absorbed directly through the colon wall and goes via the portal vein directly to the liver.

The type of coffee to be used is ground (drip coffee), not instant or decaffeinated. Mix 2 Tbsp coffee to 1 quart room temperature steam distilled water. Use 2 cups of this mixture twice daily.

Take the enema preferably on your knees or lie down on your back, legs drawn close to the abdomen, and breathe deeply while enema is given slowly. Retain fluid 10-15 minutes.

To detoxify in serious conditions, take 2 coffee enemas per day. Follow this routine for two weeks, then coffee enemas should be reduced to only one per week for one month.
