Krill is a hardy shrimp-like creature abundant in all the oceans!

Well, there's got to be something good to come out of those bottom feeders since God said "Don't eat them." We all know He must have created them for something.

Krill produces Omega-3 oil as well as DHA. Krill oil is distinctly different in that it contains high levels of Phospholipids. These nutrients are called "Life's Building Blocks".

--Krill oil benefited the breast tenderness, feelings of inadequacy, stress, irritability, depression, joint discomfort, and bloating of PMS, and alleviated weight-gain, abdominal discomfort and swelling associated with menstruation.

--As well as relief from symptoms of PMS, the women noticed improved alertness, energy, and an overall sense of well-being.

--The women reported that their need for over the counter drugs typically used during their cycles declined. One woman from the study said, "Both my physical and emotional symptoms have improved by nearly 100%! I recommend Krill oil to all women suffering from these ailments."

Of those taking Krill oil, 30% of the women improved, while 64% of the women taking fish oil complained of unpleasant reflux effects.
