Self-Test
Keep a thermometer by your bed at night. Upon rising, place under the
arm and hold for fifteen minutes. Remain still. A temp of 97.6 or lower
signifies you may have a low thyroid. Keep a reading for five days. If
you are consistently low consult your health care professional.
Nutrients
Start with a liver cleanse so that no matter where you start with supplementation you will be able to absorb and utilize it. See the following Liver Cleanse attachment.
Bovine Thyroid Kelp Liquid Iodine
Liver Balance L-Tyrosine
Liquid Minerals B-complex
Body Oxygen Brewer’s Yeast
Dietary Recommendations
Eat lots of egg yolks, parsley, apricots, dates, prunes, fish, chicken, and raw milk cheeses. Drink steam distilled water only, as chlorine blocks the iodine receptors in the thyroid. Eat in moderation: Brussels sprouts, peaches, pears, spinach, turnips, & cruciferous veggies such as cabbage, broccoli, kale, mustard greens, these block iodine from the thyroid.
