 You have the call of God on your life!
 You have a destiny to fulfill!
 You are on this Earth at the right time!
 These are the last days!

You’re probably thinking this is a very strange introduction for a weight loss plan. Quite the contrary! The most important reason you should ever want to loose weight is to empower yourself so that you can fulfill the will of God in your life. The gifts and the callings of God are without repentance. And we are the ones that need to repent for allowing anything that is in our lives holding us back from God’s will being done in the Earth today. God will never take away His plan for you. He is simply waiting for you to lay aside every weight that so easily besets you (Hebrews 12:1). Pressing on as Paul said, “forgetting those things which are behind and pressing on towards the mark of the high calling of Jesus Christ (Philippians 3:13-14) whatever your calling is, it is a high calling. You are valuable in the eyes of God. I encourage you to read with an open mind, a tender heart and an ear to hear our God speak to you about your health, your weight, and His plan for your life. We are the “Body of Christ”; let’s work on getting our part of the Body healthy.

Please pray this prayer with me. Father, I want to be used by you, I desire to be a vessel you can work through. Please show me how I can take better care of this beautiful temple you have given me. Please help me to fulfill the blueprint you have designed for me and only me, no one else can fill it. Please show me who I am in you and how I can be a blessing to the Kingdom of God. In Jesus name, Amen!

Wisdom

Proverbs say’s that wisdom is the principle thing. We all need wisdom in our daily lives, but many times we do not think of asking for wisdom for what some might consider a small thing. I don’t believe in the kingdom of God, there is such a thing as a small prayer. Any prayer prayed in faith is pleasing to God. That prayer may be “Lord, what do you want me to eat?” or “Lord, what is your will for my life.” The bible says that He is moved with the feelings of our infirmities; it also says to cast all of your cares on Him, because He cares for you. In other words, if it concerns you, it concerns Him.

So for your first weight loss assignment, please pray and ask the Lord to give you wisdom as you read this book and ask Him to reveal the changes that you need to make in your life to achieve your desired goal.

What should your goal be?

The following guidelines are for general use. Bone
structure and body type will certainly play a key roll in
determining what your ideal weight should be.

Women – typically starting with 100 pounds for the first five feet and then adding five pounds for every inch over five feet. Then calculate a female ideal weight.
Example – For 5’6” a woman should weigh in the neighborhood of 130lbs. A woman 5’1” should weigh around 105lbs.

Men – A mans weight can vary significantly due to bone structure just as a woman’s, the guideline begins the same, however instead of 5 lbs. per inch over five feet you would add seven to ten pounds per over five feet. Example – For a 6’1” man, he may weigh anywhere
from 190lbs. to 230 lbs. For a man 5’8”, with a small frame, he may only weigh 150 lbs. and feel that he is at his ideal weight.

At the beginning of my career, I learned so much of weight has to do with how you feel, not what a scale says!

Ladies, do you feel healthier when you wear a size 10 or a size 14? Men, do you feel stronger when you have a 34” waistline or comfy when your pushing it between a 38” and a 40” waistline?

Your body will speak to you. Just listen, it is giving you signals such as fatigue, poor digestion, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, constipation, joint pain, and the list goes on.


What next?

Now that you have prayed and asked God to give you wisdom, and you’ve calculated your ideal weight, (not the super models weight on the cover of a magazine), its time for goal setting.

Always remember, you didn’t get where you are overnight and you won’t get back overnight either, not safely anyway. It’s as simple as this, most people have let their bodies go for years, and then when they decide they’re ready to loose weight, they want it “fast food diet drive through weight loss style”. Loosing 50 pounds in a month is not healthy! Set realistic goals! Initially you will loose weight quickly as the body burns glucose. As it begins to loose fat, the weight will come off slower, but that weight loss will be more of a permanent weight loss rather than a few quick pounds of glucose and water. So as you set your goals, be realistic! We want this weight to come off for good and to do that we need to do it the right way and get to the root of the problem. Never to stand in the place of a human weight loss yo yo again. The human yo yo is never healthy, and is always defeating his own mind, body and spirit!

So, here we go, set your goals in accordance with God’s plan for your life and for your body type. A good start would be 15 - 20 pounds the first month and then 10 – 15 pounds the following months, dependant of course, upon the amount of weight you actually need to loose.

Let’s Get Started!

One of the worst things in the world is to set a goal, get yourself all siked up, get started and then crash and burn just shortly after starting. Then that ugly spirit of defeat comes knocking at your door!!! Here’s some really good advice, don’t answer. Jesus the Son of God was the only one that was fail proof, He completed His mission, and benefits have continued throughout the ages. If you fail, it just means you’re human. Determine right now that you will try, try, and try again, until you succeed.

Now I’m going to give you a special secret to help you get started on the right foot. Here goes, there could be critters living on the inside of that human body of yours! Yes, I mean parasites and most likely Candida Albicans. We all have them; it’s just to what extent. I encourage you, before you begin construction; consider doing an Organ Cleanse, Candida Cleanse or Parasite cleanse.

Many times you may think you simply have no will power but it might just be those microscopic critters telling your brain you need a snack. When really it’s the Candida, (which is yeast like anaerobic bacteria) Candida craves sugars and yeast products like breads, alcohol, pickles, cookies, sugary drinks and more.
These foods feed the Candida and when you eat them the Candida thrives and gets stronger and stronger, then of course the cravings get stronger and stronger.
It becomes a vicious cycle! While all along you think it’s you and your lack of will power!

The range of symptoms can be anything from a gassy, bloated feeling after eating, to yeast infections, athlete’s feet, constipation, joint pain, and even itching for no apparent reason. Please take the Candida Self Analysis Test below and determine if you should start with a Candida cleanse. A regular Candida cleanse is appropriate for everyone once a year.

A cleanse will assist you in loosing weight when those uncontrollable cravings disappear. Sugar and carb cravings are quenched before you know it!

Candida Self Analysis

It is estimated that over 90% of the U.S. population has some degree of Candida overgrowth. What is Candida Albicans? It is a yeast organism that normally lives in the mouth, on your skin and in your intestinal tract. If you are a female, it can also live in the vagina.

In a normal healthy body, the immune system and the “friendly bacteria” that inhabit the intestinal tract keep Candida overgrowth under control. However, in today’s polluted and stressful environment, and without less than perfect dietary habits, most of us do not live at our maximum health potential. When our immune system is weak, or we have taken a series of antibiotics, the natural balance of our body is disturbed. Antibiotics are prescribed to eliminate unhealthy bacteria in the body. However, they also eliminate healthy or “good” bacteria enabling the Candida organism to multiply unchecked.

Candida is a living organism which excretes toxic waste. This can lead to a variety of problems including: poor digestion, fatigue, bloating, gas, poor elimination, mood swings, sugar and carbohydrate cravings, head pain, brain fog, female issues, skin rashes, lowered immunity, cold hands or feet and much more. Not only does our diet of excessive sugar and carbohydrates contribute towards increased susceptibility - oral contraceptives and chemicals found in today’s food and drink play a major role as well. People that have been battling chronic symptoms such as fatigue and low immunity without relief should explore that possibility of Candida overgrowth and take the necessary steps to alleviate this condition.

Completing the Work you’ve Begun!

After completing the cleanse, it is the perfect time to step right into a liquid fast. This will continue the work that you have already begun. By fasting your health will spring forth speedily. Some of you might say that loosing weight is not a sickness or disease, on the contrary, a perfectly healthy body is being your ideal weight for your body type. God wants you healthy and whole, you are more than an over comer, and you can do it. Fasting done properly could change your life!

After doing the cleanse, you should have successfully
rid the body of little critters, yeast, fungus and who knows what! They made you crave the very foods you didn’t want to eat. And by now you should be noticing a significant difference!

So you’re ready for a jumpstart! And that jumpstart is fasting. Is fasting for everyone? First realize that you are not on water only. I never recommend a water only fast. However, the fasting program I have designed will give you all of the nutrients you need, and the nutrients you should be getting every day.

Now when some of you think of actually going three whole days without any solid food, you start panicking and want to quit before you start. In defense of fasting, scientific evidence is abundant on the side of fasting for health and it’s many benefits. It’s used in other countries around the world for medicinal purposes, all other mammals use fasting to heal the body, (except American mammals), most people when doing it correctly don’t want to stop after they start detoxing because they have such clarity, energy, and an over a;; feeling of great health! And let me just say, bottom line, it works!

Make a fist; examine the size of it, which is the size of your very own empty stomach. Open your hand flat that is the size your stomach should be when you are full. Compare that to your average plate of food.

Here’s How It Works

Fasting detoxifies the body, giving the organs a rest, and bringing natural healing by cleansing the body. It even helps to reverse the aging process. Disease and aging begins when the normal process of cell regeneration and rebuilding slows down. This slowdown is caused by the accumulation of waste products in the tissues, which interferes with the nourishment and oxygenation of cells. This is when the cells resistance to disease will diminish and various ills will start to appear. This may happen at any age. At any given time only half of all your cells are in the peak development and working condition. One fourth are usually in the process of growth and the other in the in the process of dying and replacement. It is of vital importance that the dying cells are decomposed and eliminated from the system as efficiently as possible. Quick and effective elimination of dead cells stimulates the building and growth of new cells.

Juice fasting proves to be the most effective way to restore your health, back to the way God intended you to live. You could say, fasting literally resets the body’s odometer.

Fasting has been used in other countries for thousands of years as a means of healing for the body and renewal of the mind, and of course for spiritual rejuvenation. Remember though, fasting doesn’t move God, it moves you!

A study was done in Russia in 1986 at a hospital for the mentally ill. A study was conducted called “The Hunger Treatment”. Eight hundred schizophrenics were to partake in a juice fast. The study lasted for sixty days. At the end of the study 70 % went home, totally healed! By giving the patient the right nutrients balance can occur.

During a prolonged fast (after the first three days), your body will live on its own substance. When it is deprived of needed nutrition, particularly of proteins and fats, it will burn and digest its own tissues by the process of autolysis, or self-digestion. But your body will not do this indiscriminately! Within our wonderfully made body, made by the Great Creator, is great wisdom. Our body will first decompose and burn those cells and tissues, which are diseased, damaged, aged or dead. In fasting your body feeds itself on the most impure and inferior materials, such as dead cells and morbid accumulations, tumors, abscesses, fat deposits, etc….Dr. Otto Buchinger, M.D., fasting authority, says “fasting is a refuse disposal, a burning of rubbish.” The essential tissues and vital organs, the glands, the nervous system and the brain are not damaged or digested in fasting.

In general, three to ten days are recommended for health and longevity. A five-day fast starts the healing process in the body, and a ten-day fast should take care of most problems before they arise. During the juice fast, the function of the eliminative organs – lungs, liver, kidneys and the skin – is greatly increased, and accumulated toxins and waste are quickly expelled. (During the fast, toxins in the urine can be ten times higher than normal.)

If you have never fasted before, it is best to start with a three-day fast beginning on a Friday evening extended through Monday evening. Most people are at home on weekends and can easily do their juicing and cleansing with little to no interruptions. You can think of it as a time to work with your body, give it a tune up, and help it in its healing process.

Eat only raw foods two to three days before you begin your fast.

Start each day of your fast with room temperature steam distilled water. Everyday drink half of your body weight in ounces of water. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 ounces of water each day. Health science consensus currently believes that steam distilled water is the best for fasting as well as daily use. Steam distilled water is the only water that actually goes in and pulls out toxins from the organs. It literally pulls out the mire that gets caught in the follicles of the colon that breeds disease.

A great way to top off your day, whether fasting or not, is to have a half –cup of oat bran with a good non-dairy milk (almond, or rice). This helps to cleanse the colon by adding fiber which can cut your risk of cancer by 30 percent. My personal preference is to have this at night before going to bed. It suits my body well and seems to aid in a peaceful nights rest.

Green Drinks can also be an added bonus to any fast. We have one called “Creation’s Bounty” which is a whole raw organic food with all the nutrients your body needs. There are also many excellent green drinks to choose from at your local health food store.

Daily Suggested Protocol

- Start with 4-8 ounces of Clustered Water
- Fifteen minutes later take 1-2 ounces of Body Oxygen
- 30-40 minutes later have a green drink or protein shake
- Prepare your favorite fresh juice combination
- Alternate with the Stanley Burrough’s Lemonade drink
- Prepare fresh vegetable broth to sip in between juices and/or another smoothies
- Remember to drink as much steam distilled water as possible
- A good liquid mineral supplement will aid in rapid healing
- If you must eat, remember, grapes, watermelon, nor fresh applesauce

Therapeutic massage is the icing on the cake for cleansing…Moves the lymph and therefore moves those toxins right on out.

Coffee enemas are also excellent while cleansing. Using a standard enema bag, the coffee is absorbed directly through the colon wall and goes via the portal vein directly to the liver.

The type of coffee to be used is ground (drip coffee), not instant or decaffeinated. Mix 2 Tbsp coffee to 1 quart room temperature steam distilled water. Use 2 cups of this mixture twice daily.

Take the enema preferably on your knees or lie down on your back, legs drawn close to the abdomen, and breathe deeply while enema is given slowly. Retain fluid 10-15 minutes.

To detoxify in serious conditions, take 2 coffee enemas per day. Follow this routine for two weeks, then coffee enemas should be reduced to only one per week for one month.

Coffee enemas are given for stimulation and detoxification of the liver, not for the function of cleansing the intestines.”

Fasting facilitates this Divine freedom. “Your light will break forth like morning…” and “your healing shall spring forth speedily”. Your fast, God declared, will even right your relationship with Him! He will go before you, and the glory, His goodness, will be your guardian.

Stanley Burroughs’ Master Cleanse Lemonade Fast

Required ingredients:(preferably) organic lemons, organic Grade B Maple syrup and organic cayenne. Organic cayenne seems to be less “hot” than cheaper store brands, so this may be an incentive to spend the extra money on this. Only use fresh lemon juice, not packaged

In the Master Cleanser booklet by Stanley Burroughs, it states to use 2 T of lemon juice and 2T of maple syrup per 10oz of water plus 1/10 of a tsp of cayenne or more if desired. If mixing half a gallon (for lower body weight), then use half gallon of water, 6oz (3/4 cup) of lemon juice, and 6oz of maple syrup. Less maple may be used if weight loss is desired, or more may be used if weight gain is the goal. Many have found using 4oz of maple syrup is desirable for taste. ½-3/4 tsp of cayenne per half gallon is a good start. You may work up to more to taste or for deeper cleansing benefits. Some may use as much as 3T!

If mixing a full gallon, you may remove 20oz of water, and add in the 10oz of lemon juice and 10oz of maple syrup; this will be the proper proportions so the gallon will not run over. Cayenne may be used at 1 ¼ tsp or higher to taste. More cayenne would be best, and you may ad more as the cleanse progresses. A full gallon would be preferred, but if you have a lower body weight, half a gallon would be fine as well.

The purpose of the lemon is to help alkalize and cleanse the system. It is important that the amount of lemon is not varied during this fast. The Grade B is a darker amber color and is higher in nutrients along with providing balanced sugars that will help during the fast. Other sweeteners such as honey, sugar, or sucralose should not be used, since the maple syrup is not just for taste, but also for nutrition. The cayenne will help in raising the body temperature to help with pathogens and it will also help in addressing mucous, which can be associated with Candida. The cayenne is very important in higher levels if fasting during the colder months.

Drink at least a half gallon, preferably the full gallon throughout the day. If you have a higher body weight, closer to a gallon should be consumed. If you are of lower body weight, the half gallon may be consumed up to the full gallon. This is considered your food source, so drink a 10oz glass whenever you feel hungry. It is important to carry this with you so you will not be tempted to get food when you feel the need for energy. Being prepared is key for the success of this program. If you are under weight, more maple syrup may be used, and if you are concerned with being over weight, less may be used. The normal amount may be sweet for some.

For cleansing the bowels of any material that may be left behind, you would drink a cup of laxative tea in the evening. “Get Regular” by Yogi, or “Smooth Move” by Traditional Medicinals are good to take. If taken before bed, an elimination may occur in the night. “Get Regular” does have more nutrients for liver support.

A sea salt flush is recommended each morning on the cleanse. This can be achieved by using 2tsp of non-iodized sea salt in 32oz of pure water. Drink this mixture in a short time (apprx 15-25 minutes). If more salt is needed, more may be added to achieve a proper flush. Stay close to a bathroom as you may start to flush in 20 minutes to an hour.

The night before starting, drink a cup of laxative tea
Start the morning with a salt flush (laxative tea may be substituted if desired)
Drink the lemonade mixture as your food
Each night before bed drink a cup of laxative tea

Water may be consumed as much as desired. The longer a fast is done, the more care must be taken in breaking the fast. The cleanse is suggested at least 3 days; most will do 10 days up to 40 days. Please discuss a 40 day fast with your doctor for any contraindications. Eating soft foods such as apple sauce and lightly steamed vegetables is good the first 1-3 days after the fast. Progressing into more raw vegetables and salads is also preferred until the system is ready to handle meats and the right kinds of grains. Supplement with digestive enzymes if support is desired.

What Next?

Okay, you’re off to a good start! And your body should be getting squeaky clean! So let’s start the remodeling process

Its time to EXERCISE! There’s no way around it. There is no magic pill. You just gotta do it!

When you were fasting you were burning glucose and most likely going to the bathroom a lot. When glucose is not burned up each day, it is stored in the body along with water. When you start cutting back and then fasting, the glucose is used by the mitochondria (think of it as the power plants of the cells) in the cells and you will loose weight as well as find yourself urinating a lot. That’s why you've heard it referred to as water weight. This usually happens rather quickly and is very encouraging. This will be the fastest weight lost during your program.

The next step is what really counts. Burning fat! After the excess glucose is utilized then the body will start to burn fat, which burns at a much slower rate than glucose. So of course the scale moves down much slower. Now here is where exercise becomes a key factor. When you exercise and begin to burn calories, the body must compensate with the extra energy being used, so the mitochondria divides. Because the mitochondria are our power plant, which burns fuel, it divides as you exercise to burn twice as much. Nothing else will do that. Once again, no magic pill! So understand that by exercising, the body will compensate by burning more fat. It’s that simple.

Now you may say I just can’t exercise, I’m too tired, I’m too big, and it’s too hard. Now you may not be ready for a marathon, but you can start somewhere. Just be like the little engine that could! Say, I think I can, I think I can, I think I can. AND YOU CAN!!! Remember, I used to manage a health club and we had people come in that could barely lift 5 pounds, that’s the size of a bag of flour. In just a few short weeks they had moved up to thirty pounds.

If you have stairs, start walking up them as rapidly as you can back and forth for fifteen minutes a day. That will be a different pace for everyone. If you don’t have stairs walk around the block, walk in place, jog in place. You should get the point, just get started and do it every day if possible but at least three days a week for at least twenty minutes at a time. Consider a good exercise video! If you have a membership to a gym, make yourself go. Dig out that old exercise equipment gathering dust and use it! You won’t get in shape by osmosis! You have to take action and the best form of exercise is…the one you’ll do! So do it!!!

As always check with your doctor before you venture out too far. Be safe not goofy!

Now here’s what’s going to happen in your body when you get going. I’ll tell you the truth, you will probably be sore. Your skin may break out in strange areas, like your back, etc…that’s from the sweat pulling out more toxins and you may get a little more fatigued at first. That’s the bad news.

Here’s the good news. After those first few days, you will have more energy, you will sleep better, your body will start looking good, your stamina will increase and best of all, you will be burning more fat. You will have a better mental attitude, as well as reduce your stress levels. All of which will translate into weight loss!

Exercise has also been said to increase your life span.

I’ll go one step further about exercising, some of you don’t overeat, and you may not even eat too badly. But your body just doesn’t get enough activity to burn the little you take in. Determine today to make the changes you need, to work into your life a daily exercise program.



What to Eat

After completing your cleanse, and a minimum of a three-day fast, beginning an exercise program, you need to know what foods you can take in on a daily basis. It’s not the time to splurge because you’ve lost 10 pounds. It’s the time to dig in and complete your course.

Following is the step-by-step program to reduce your temple.

 When you first awake, drink 6-8 ounces of clustered water.

 Within 10-15 minutes take two ounces of Body Oxygen.

 Wait at least 15-20 minutes before taking in anything else.

 Fill a blender one third full of ice. Next add 2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein powder.
If vanilla, add 2 bananas and any additional fresh or frozen fruit without added sugar, add enough organic milk, rice or almond milk to fill blender. Mix well and serve. If you chose chocolate protein powder, fill your blender with one third ice, 2 bananas and I love you add 2 spoons of almond butter. It is amazing!


 Every day drink half your body weight in ounces.
Example – you weigh 200 lbs. drink at least 100 ounces. Feel free to drink more if you’d like.

 Mid morning, have a fresh piece of fruit, preferably a type of melon and a boiled egg.

 Approximately 15 minutes before you are planning to eat, such as when you begin preparation, eat 5 almonds and take 2 Hoodia
and 2 Body Aide. This will send a signal to the brain to tell you, you are full.

 For lunch, have a piece of broiled or baked fish, or tuna without the mayo, (you can substitute plain yogurt in tuna salad), or baked or broiled chicken. Two boiled eggs can substitute for your meat protein. (Eggs are great when you are on the go.) Add steamed veggies and rice. One large salad with olive oil and apple cider vinegar for your dressing, add your favorite herbs. This is a guideline for your daily lunch; make it your biggest meal. While eating, take a digestive enzyme and CLA.

 Don’t eat at exactly the same time every day, eat when you are hungry! When you eat at exactly the same time every day, the brain will send a signal to your stomach to empty and it will seem hungry even if it is not. For instance, if you are conditioned to eat at 12:00 daily, even if you have had no hunger pains, your brain will still tell you that you are hungry. So by eating at different times you will learn to eat when you are hungry, not when the clock tells you to eat.

 Somewhere between 2:00 and 3:00 pm, take one ounce of Body Oxygen, 2 Body Aide, and 2 Hoodia.

 Throughout the afternoon, eat three fresh fruits &veggies, such as carrot sticks, celery sticks, apples, grapes, cucumbers, cashews, almonds, etc.
You can eat as many fresh fruits and veggies as you like! No dressings or dips allowed.

 Sometime before 6:00 pm, have one cup of brown rice, a sweet potato, or two red potatoes, (season with all the onions, garlic, and a bit of extra virgin olive oil that you want). Two servings of steamed vegetables, such as cabbage, broccoli, artichokes, beets, green beans, etc…you may use sea salt or Vege-Sal to season, no more than 1/2 teaspoon. Along with your meal, have another salad. Eat the salad last! Take a digestive enzyme with your meal. And if you must eat meat, go for it, but do so in small amounts. Remember you’re going to bed soon and won’t have time to burn a big meal off! Take 1 CLA.

 One or two cups of herbal tea without sweeteners are fine throughout the day, hot or cold.

 Right before going to bed, eat ½ cup of pure oat bran with almond or rice milk. Along with the oat bran take 2 colon cleanse capsules.

• Fresh fruit and vegetable juices are allowed before 3:00 in the afternoon. These must be fresh, not canned, frozen or processed.

• Each month plan a three day fast!

As you can see, there are a lot of things you can eat. But they are the right foods. Your body can utilize these foods and use them to work on healing the body, instead of expending all of your energy breaking down the wrong foods. Making the right choice is the key! I believe you will choose the right foods at the right time for your body to be at peak performance whether you’re a school teacher, a doctor, a lawyer or an Indian chief! .

KEY FACT TO REMEMBER - Never eat when you are not hungry, and do not eat after 6:00 except for bran. Do not leave out any servings of water. If you find yourself, low in energy, have a shot of the Body Oxygen Sublingual spray with class of Clustered Water.

Other determining factors…

I will be the first to tell you that there may be other determining factors in a weight loss program. I will tell you that if you do not loose a pound, you will feel great, and be on the road to health.
