The Energy Show
Do you have the energy to do what you want to do, when you want to do it? Do you look at others with lots of energy and turn green with envy? What is energy any way? Is it that rush you get from a good stiff cup of coffee or when you feel rested after just waking from a good nights sleep?
I’ll tell you what energy is…Energy is the capacity to engage in vigorous behavior, and we all want more vigorous behavior. Endogenous, cellular Energy is produced within the Mitochondria of Cells as part of the Krebs Cycle.
The Mitochondria are the little power plants inside the cells capable of making or breaking you when it comes to energy.
Adipose Tissue is the body's storage site for future Energy production. And what is Adipose tissue? It’s fat..
So if you’re over weight, you have a lot of energy waiting to be released! That’s one of the reasons when you begin losing weight, you immediately have more energy.
Now if your saying, I’m not over weight and I need more energy, fret not. Adipose Tissue is the second most abundant substance (after Water) in the human body - varying between 5% and 60%.
The average male body should contain 15% to 20% Adipose Tissue. The average 18 year old male contains 18% Adipose Tissue. The average 65 year old male contains 38% Adipose Tissue. Ideally, healthy, lean men contain around 9% Adipose Tissue. Adipose Tissue content of 7% is regarded as very lean an Adipose lean buff machine!
Adipose Tissue content below 5% is regarded as unhealthy.
So yes, so fat is good!
The average female body contains 20% to 27% Adipose Tissue. Ideally, healthy, lean women contain 12% to 15% Adipose Tissue. Adipose Tissue content below 12% is regarded as unhealthy.
And I have to add that even if someone looks thin, they could be a fat skinny person. I counseled a woman once that weighed 120 lbs. but had 30% body fat. NOT GOOD.
So where am I going with this? I’m gonna show you how to produce energy right in your own body!
So how do we get more energy? How do we make our fat work for us instead of against us? People tell me all the time that I have a lot of energy and yet I only have 12% body fat. If Adipose Tissue is the storage unit for future energy production, how do we tap into it! How do we unlock the door to energy production creating the energy to do what we want to do when we want to do it? And become a lean buff mama or papa or whatever you are, and most importantly be the best you can be. I remember a doctor friend of mine, Dr. Kotsanis said many years ago, “if you have the right amount of energy, you can over come anything”. I think he’s right!
Where do we start? Where we always start! Start by getting rid of the toxic waste dump you may have growing right in your gut! Studies show the average person is carrying around 7-10 pounds of toxic waste. If that’s a healthy average weight person, what is someone overweight carrying around? Ya know, lay aside every weight that so easily besets you! Yeah…
Start with a good fast and the good ole Stanley Burroughs Cleanse! Or as I so fondly refer to as my fire water! Studies show that by fasting just 3 days a month, you can extend your life by 5-7 years. The bible says in Isaiah 56 “that by fasting your health will spring forth speedily”.
Sounds like energy to me! And I personally know it works. Quit spending your energy breaking down that big meal or those bad foods and burn what you took in last week or last month or for some of you, even worse last year.

Next is something you can’t live without…OXYGEN
Oxygen is integral to the process of Oxidation that is involved in the production of Energy. And as I said you can’t live without it and when oxygen levels are depleted you’re tired sluggish, immune compromised and a whole lot more! So how do you raise your oxygen levels?
Breath, yes I said BREATH…! So many people are a bunch of shallow breathers. Get over it and get some O2 and energy will come.
Then start moving your body! Determine to exercise and breath while doing it! They go hand in hand. Walk, run, walk in place! Stretch, dance, do pilates, Tae Bo, do what ever floats your boat with physical activity that’s going to get you moving!
Oh yeah, and ya gotta drink water! Remember water is the only substance greater than Adipose tissue in your body. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water, good water, not tap water, preferably distilled at home and bottled on the road. Only 2% dehydration at the cellular level results in 20% loss of energy. Did ya hear that? 2% dehydration, and you won’t even know it. Dehydration can be one of the #1 reasons for lack of energy! And soda with ice doesn’t count. Coffee, tea and fizzy waters don’t count! It has to be straight up and the colder the better. The colder the water the more oxygen the water can contain.
One of the waters that gives me the biggest boost is my friend, Dr. Lee Lorenzen’s water, which is a clustered water that fits perfectly into the cellular structure and for me, it’s like rocket fuel! Dr. Carl Baugh believes it is the same structure of water before the great flood. He can prove this by studies he’s done on fossils.
And yeah, while I’m at it, take off those goofy sunglasses!
The use of Sunglasses can cause depleted Energy levels (due to Sunglasses blocking out certain beneficial wavelengths of Electromagnetic Radiation).
What are we thinking???
So you and Stanley are doing regular cleanses three days a month, you’re drinking half your body weight in good water every day. You’re breathing! Oxygen is one of your body’s best friends. You’re actually moving your body and your body is loving you for it! And the more you do the things I’ve already talked about the more energy is being produced by you and for you!
So where do you go from here? You go eat Lamb……why, because lamb contains Carnitine! So you can eat it and take it! I personally do both!
Carnitine is a Dipeptide composed of Lysine and Methionine. Carnitine facilitates the production of Energy within the body by carrying Fatty Acids into the Mitochondria and stimulating their oxidation into Energy: So Carnitine is literal fuel to those little power plants!
