Where do you start and what do you eat? You must start with a liver cleanse…
Start with a liver cleanse so that no matter where you start with supplementation you will be able to absorb and utilize it. Here’s how you do it…Coffee enemas.
Then eat right…
Eat lots of egg yolks, parsley, apricots, dates, prunes, fish, chicken, and raw milk cheeses. Drink steam distilled water only, as chlorine blocks the iodine receptors in the thyroid. Eat in moderation: Brussels sprouts, peaches, pears, spinach, turnips, & cruciferous veggies such as cabbage, broccoli, kale, mustard greens, these block iodine from the thyroid. In a moment I’ll tell you how you can jump start your metabolism by supplementing your thyroid…
#1 on my list to get rid of a low thyroid is to expose yourself to the sun…Real sunlight alleviates hypothyroidism by actually stimulating the thyroid.
Capsaicin alleviates Hypothyroidism .
Tyrosine (500 - 1,000 mg per day) alleviates Hypothyroidism (by stimulating the Thyroid and by contributing to the production of Thyroid Hormones).
Iodine (approximately 1 mg per day) alleviates Hypothyroidism (by stimulating the Thyroid and by contributing to the production of Thyroid Hormones).
Selenium is useful for the treatment of Hypothyroidism (due to its role in the conversion of (T4) to (T3). Bovine thyroid stimulates the thyroid!
This of course is nothing to mess with so if you have a severe case, be sure to see your doctor and ask for Armour thyroid not a synthetic thyroid drug.
