MSM
METHYL SULFONYL METHANE

MSM is a naturally occurring organic sulfur compound found in plant and animal tissues that is essential for optimum health.

Sulfur is required by both plants and animals yet cannot be absorbed directly, thus MSM.

In its purified chemical form it is an odorless, essentially tasteless, white water-soluble crystalline solid. It is also a derivative of DMSO.

It is one of the least toxic substances in biology. Some compare it to water.

While it is harmless, it has an incredible cleansing effect at the cellular level.

So needless to say in the American diet very small amounts are actually found in the typical American diet.

So most will never benefit from MSM in their diet.

Dr. Jacob MD considered to be the father of DMSO and MSM, served as chief resident at Harvard Surgical Service, Boston City Hospital has done much research on the benefits derived from MSM and its effects on the human body.

Studies show that we require a constant supply of MSM for optimum good health, as sulfur is one of the essential minerals. Commonly recommended dosage levels are about 2000 mg twice per day.

Studies also show that it is best to start out with half the dose to prevent a healing crisis from the cellular cleansing process.

Benefits are usually seen within 21 days.

Other benefits are derived by combining vitamin C along with MSM.

Suggestions are to take equal amounts of C and MSM.

MSM can be taken in a powder in a smoothie as well as in capsule form.
