No credit or refund will be issued on returned products without prior authorization.
UNOPENED PRODUCTS: All products must have prior authorization from our customer care department. If you are dissatisfied with any product, please call within 30 days of shipment received date to gat a Return Authorization Number. Your credit or refund will not include associated handling or shipping charges previously paid. We will not accept a package that does not have a Return Authorization Number.
OPENED PRODUCTS: All opened products will only receive an in house credit.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCT: All products must be called in for credit within 14 days of received date.
No credit or refund will be issued for BOOKS, CD's, DVD's, or equipment.
For all approved returns, the customer is required, at customer's expense, to return the products along with the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package to:
